Abstract Introduction Ventral hernia repair is one of the challenging surgical operations over time. It suggested that sublay mesh has lowest recurrence and site infection in open anterior abdominal repair. Simultaneous cholecystectomy performed 2 (2.5%). Only 6 (6.3%) developed wound-related while (2.5%) had recurrence.
